We understand the impact that a legal dispute can have on you or your business. Our approach is to take clear, strategic and cost-efficient action to resolve it.
Our team of highly experienced solicitors work across multi-jurisdictional actions of high value and in all divisions of the High Court.
Whatever the dispute, we will apply our specialist knowledge confidently and assertively on your behalf.
What is litigation?
We handle a wide range of civil and commercial disputes. Litigation is the process of resolving these disputes through the courts. Our approach is positive and proactive, seeking to achieve an early and cost-effective result whenever possible. Sometimes, however, litigation is unavoidable. If so, we will represent your interests as robustly as though they were our own.
What is alternate dispute resolution?
Reaching a settlement outside of court is often preferable to litigation and most disputes are resolved in this manner. Alternate dispute resolution can include mediation or arbitration procedures involving a neutral third party. Our experience with both litigation and alternate dispute resolution means that we will be with you every step of the way.
