Alla Fairbrother gained her commercial law experience providing advice to a variety of clients ranging from digital marketing agencies to call centres, medical services providers, sports academies, counselling services, accountants, manufacturers, e-commerce companies, goods and/or services providers and many others.
Alla has previously worked as an in-house solicitor at ADT Fire and Security Ltd / Tyco, Burger King (UK) Ltd, Cummins Ltd and Electronic Arts Ltd.

Data protection
Alla Fairbrother advises and drafts documents on non-contentious aspects of UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes preparation of any necessary policies, such as data protection, data retention, IT security, data incidents and breaches, data subjects’ rights and any other policies depending on your business and how it collects and otherwise processes personal data.
Other aspects of UK GDPR advice include consent language, how to respond to data subject access requests and drafting of any specific or template responses, supporting businesses in their role as a data controller, including any employees and contractors’ data, as well as where a business acts purely as a data processor.
