He advises on all aspects of employment law, drafting contracts and policy documentation tailored to individual business requirements, resolving employment disputes and dealing with the employment issues that arise from all forms of commercial transactions and corporate restructurings.
Jonathan has particular expertise in arrangements for the provision of staff and services that fall outside of the standard employment model, including consultancy services, advising on employment status and the application of IR35, agency and other intermediaries legislation.
He also acts for institutional clients, multinational PLCs, SMEs, start-ups, senior employees and self-employed professionals across a wide range of industry sectors, from IT to Financial Services, regularly advising employees working in this field on settlement agreements.
In recent years he has developed considerable experience advising GP practices and private healthcare providers on staffing matters, whilst working with a leading practice in this field.
