Naureen manages a varied caseload of general commercial litigation and contentious insolvency including appeals, injunctions, bankruptcy annulments and multi-party actions.
Naureen has also worked on cases concerning the Consumer Credit Act 1974, as well as property litigation and business debt recovery.
Her contentious insolvency experience includes applications to set aside statutory demands, bankruptcy annulments, winding up petitions and directors’ disqualification matters.
Naureen’s recent work has included assisting in a successful mediation involving a multimillion-pound property dispute and a high-value tax dispute matter.
